An Arizona legislator is demonstrating “early signs of improvement” soon after he was hospitalized above the weekend with difficulties similar to COVID-19, his spouse said Tuesday.

Rep. Lorenzo Sierra, D-Avondale, stays in important but secure condition on a ventilator, Rhonda Cagle wrote on social media.
